My baby girl is 10 months old. Keeping her age in mind, i try to explore some healthy habits that suits her.
In the morning, I give her lukewarm water with lemon juice. She likes it. Followed by 1 banana for her breakfast garnished with dry fruits powder. Breastmilk is the best source of nutrition for new borns, so in between each meal i nurse her. At 11.30 am, I feed her with some fruits like watermelon, grapes, etc.
Then at 12.30 pm, feed her with dal khichdi with lots of healthy and green veggies added to it, followed by another fruit like mango or whatever is available. Then i make sure she drinks sufficient water to keep hersepf hydrated.

hi... i read ur text... but what i know is banana is good for day time and bad at night.. constipation problem may occur when it is consume at night.
but same it is a remedy for constipation if u have it in morning.
i used to give morning Luke lemon water with sabbja seeds.after l hour one tea spoon of tulasi honey.breakfast is sprouts with papaya water melon and pomegranate. after 90min one egg full.lunch with brown rice + millets with good curry.after 1cup of dal with roti and some curd too.dinner roti with milk and 1 banana.
pls give one home made kashyam (neem plain branch smash + tulasi + tumeric root + ginger root (dry) + honey ) weekly once for all kids and adults too) very good for health.
