lunch :cooked rice with carrot and lil ghee(cooked fish or meet )optional
snacks: boiled vegetables like potato,carrot spinach juice, boiled egg )
dinner :Homemade cerlac

my child don't eat fruit and sweet other then chocolate what to do with this???
Make raagi laddoo with Choco powder and Jaggery. Tastes like chocolate and has the goodness of Jaggery and not sugar.
Other option is to agree one day of the week for chocolate eating.
Make fruit custard, Juices or pie
