1. An healthy food
2. clean and tidy place
3. Use sanitizer
4. Daily bath
5. while going out wear mask compulsory
6. Keep all the vessels, buckets, waste plant pots closed
7. Drink fresh juice daily
8. Eat vitamin item foods
9. Avoid Junk foods, fast foods from outside
10. Eat home foods like sprouts, Nuts etc
