the most challenging decision for people living in metro cities and having nuclear family and when both the parents are working is who will look after your kids when you are on work...we think that it\'s good to live alone without parents in metro cities.but what about kids....you can\'t trust maid alone...you can\'t be at home every time..but kids need attention and care every moment.. kindly suggest solutions..how can we manage this situation....

a happy family is best environment for kids the size or no of people do not matter.
You should consider the pros and cons for every situation. Joint families are easy only if you are getting support in raising your child . No maid can look after kids the way their grandparents do. But on the same hand if u r living in a nuclear family the struggle is real but u can give the value that you want to give to your kids.

Nuclear family isn\'t advisable. A kid brought up along with grandparents and relatives are nurtured with the love of others rather than only parents. They could play with cousins and being cared by a large group of people

now a days only nuclear family\'s,no joint family.its not good for children.bcose they don\'t know responsibility,love affection, caring,respec etc when mom and day gone to office.

Everything comes with its benefits and shortcomings so as nuclear family. I am a mother of two beautiful daughters and working as well. Either we have to choose a work profile which could manage with parenting or give up with our profession in case of a nuclear family. It is easy to manage ur financials and also to live as one wants to but still things are really hard to manage.
