we cant stop children watching TV but we have to engage them physical activities to divert them which are interesting and fun by this atleast they can reduce tv time from max to min hours.

children wants only fun and new games.so,be with them and spent quality time with children .feel them special to play with them .

spend quality time with children by playing singing and dancing with them.. so that the time watching tv will be reduced.
