Incorporating baby massage into Daily routine
By massage sleeps well , milestones are correctly achieved on their time , baby bones get stronger . I would massage my baby two times a day and he would sleep well at night after massage

Have started using lal tail after 2 months.. and my baby is loving it.. should massage in proper way … and with warm bath every day… wrap/ swaddle a baby .. but not too tight and thus give baby a long cozy warm sleep..

massaging baby in correct way definitely shows positive impact on baby health and development .
here are the things which I noticed
1.firstly ,most importantly baby muscles strengthening, muscles are relaxed .baby plays alot using hands and legs which result in pain due to daily routine .
by massing her body feels free ,open and relaxed 😊
2.after massing baby sleep nicely which is good for baby
3.baby crying extensively massing can help in reducing crying
4.massaging teeth can helps in teething pain
