Massage helps babies develop a sense of touch, which can positively affect their social development. It also help babies feel more confident and promote attachment between the mother and baby.

Massage everyday before bath. This will help. You can use oils like this coconut oil or almond oil. Give a good massage for 5-10 mins then give a bath. Avoid for eye are also avoid masages duirng cold weather.

As we are discussing about benefits of regular massage to babies , one of the best thing is regular massage help to build the baby's microbiome which act as a barrier against infections.

you should massage at least twice a day
half an hr before bath
and before bedtime...
