Oil massages for babies can have many benefits, including:

Bonding: A massage can help you and your baby bond.

Improved sleep: A massage can help babies sleep more deeply and adjust to nighttime sleep.

Improved skin: Massage with oil can improve your baby's skin texture and nourish their soft skin.

Reduced crying: Massage can help soothe your baby and reduce crying.

Improved digestion: Massage can help relieve colic, gas, and constipation.

Improved muscle tone: Massage can help develop good muscle tone, coordination, and suppleness.

Improved immune system: Massage can help boost your baby's immune system.

Relieved teething discomfort: Massage with coconut oil can help soothe teething pain.

When choosing an oil for your baby's massage, it's important to use one that's safe for their skin. Some natural oils can irritate or break down the skin, so it's best to check with your pediatrician before using a new oil. You can use some food oils, but olive oil shouldn't be used regularly on babies with dry, cracked skin or eczema.

Massaging a baby helps to develop their physical growth and they can stay calm by interacting with you. Massaging must be done in a single direction so that fat under the skin can be formed uniformly. Gas problems can be removed. Muscle relaxation occurs. Finally my babies enjoy massaging and it is a play time for us 🥰.

Adding baby massage to our daily routine has been life-changing! My little one's sleep improved, gas pains reduced, and overall calmness increased. It's also strengthened our bond and helped with muscle relaxation. Now, my baby looks forward to our special massage time - it's truly priceless!

I'm a mom of 3 years old baby boy, and I've been massaging him since his birth. He loves it and enjoys it to the fullest. Now, it's kind of a strength to his body, peace to his mind, and joy to his soul. Happy massaging 💆‍♂️ 💓
