I always suggest to use Dabur lal tail for baby massage , as it helps to improve blood circulation which soothes the tired limbs, strained muscles and include better sleep. It also helps moisturize the delicate skin of babies.

For the good physical development of our children, we should focus on keeping the children active, include a daily balanced diet, and make them indulge in a sport regularly for at least an hour every day. Teach them yoga, strength training exercises and cardiac exercises. We should aim to improve their stamina. Make physical well-being a part of their well-being. Exercise shouldn't be something that they do when they feel overweight.
