ji waise to koi specific guidelines nahi he ,magar ha ki agar aap aur bachcha dono comfortable ho to bachche ko 5 sal tak to massage de hi shkte he.
Mene khud mere bachche ko 6 sal tak massage kra he , aur usse achhi bat he ki bachche ki immunity strong rehti he .
Me Dabur lal tail hi use krti hu , kyunki wo ayurvedic ingredients se bna he aur clinically tested bhi he to safe to use he.
