Tips:-
1. feeding almond (from 6 + months)
2. Applying Breast milk Atleast once a day .
3. Using milk, butter and Besan flour bathing
4. Give one turn wash of Turmeric / rock salt / pink salt / Breast milk. later pour fresh water.
5. Avoid Boring water as much as possible, if can't atleast try give last splash with RO or fresh water.
6. Massage lightly with small strokes to provide relaxation.
7. Clean and Dry the baby before applying any moisturizer ( breast milk is the best moisturizer )
8. Let the baby sleep in comfortable cotton clothes or swaddle.
9. Try and avoid Wipes instead a cotton cloth or soft tissue dipped in luck warm water can be used to clean.
10. Early morning and late noon's Direct sunlight is best source of vitamin D
11. Don't bath baby immediately after a massage session let the massage material sink in the skin.
12 Use rash cream after every diaper change.
13. Mom should eat healthy food as it has direct impact on the baby.
14. Change the clothes at least 4 times in 24 hrs
