I am a working lady, so my mother in law used to take care of my baby at village, whenever my baby travels because of water he used to get some red spots. I used to worry a lot, but after using cetaphil baby lotion my baby skin is so smooth n healthy without any spots. so I suggest all parents to use cetaphil product although they are costly but these are best for babies
