it\'s very important to spare sometime for yourself mommies to stay fit, as a mom of 1 year old & a physiotherapist I usually prefer to eat healthy & less calorie in a day than my initial postpartum days . I exercised thrice a week initially & gradually doing it regularly now. it helped me to loose 1- 2 kg a month.
