My baby born in 35th week.. She was 2.5kg at the time of birth and now she is 2.4kg.. What to do for ideal weight.. Though I am giving BM.. She is not gaining weight.. What to do

Are u Breastfeeding her , if yes then u need additional supplement for her . My baby a premiee at 32 weeks with weight of 1.65 kg is 5 months old now approx 6 kgs now. Along with breastmilk she is formula fed
