I used to give food that prepared in home. Even though we put all our efforts they won\'t eat well. so I prepare food infront of baby. and ask her to put ingredients or ask her to help me. That make them curious. She voluntarily ask those food again and again. I never ask baby whether you need food. I always ask her \'\'Shall we prepare food\". I always prefer to present well. colourful like beetroot pancake/dosa; yellow dosa;carrot uthapam. like that and will create a character or shape using food. so they will never get bored. like butterfly dosa/cap dosa

to promote healthy eating habit in your child is up to you .what choices you give and what options you give.if you introduce healthy food since early ages they opt healthy eating habits.always offer them fruits and veggies i never introduced chocolates and candies to my child .i give blueberry and kishmish as candies and toffees.

first childhood onwards I have introduced healthy food to her.only home made food I used to give...I used to explain the disadvantages of junk food when she wants to eat outside food....I used to explain about fruits,dry fruits,home made food advantages everytime while I am feeding her...so she is habituated for good and healthy food only...I never faced any problem in my daughter case while feeding food to her🤩

I usually cut the fruits and eat in front of my 14 months baby.. she automatically get excited and try to eat them by her own.. so this is very helpful if you are doing the good things in front of them.
