Challenges after Delivery
Although having a baby is the best thing that a woman could ever ask for, still there comes many challenges with it. To me the most challenging part of having a baby is that I have to quit my job since I have no one to take care of her.

hello dear!!
bm supply is totally depends on ur baby demand.
its like demand n supply chain.
more ur baby\' s latch ur supply will enhance.
apart from that.. drink more fluids.
water n other fluids like juice or milk.
have jeera in ur diet wheater its jeera water or jeera directly in dishes.
n have patience n trust ur body.
it will create the whole baby.. why not create the milk for the survial... so, don\'t bother n trust ur body.. never doubt ur supply.

Me and my husband were very excited to know whether it's baby girl or baby boy.finally after delivery we came to know that it's little angel. we are very happy with the news .I forgot the pains I faced during normal delivery.
some problems I faced after delivery are
1.episiotomy pains
2.i was worried whether breast milk will be sufficient or not..I have tried many things..but now it is sufficient for my baby
3.i felt very very drowsy for first few days due to which I used to sleep all the time
4.sleepless nights..somedays my baby didn't slept the entire night
5.back pain

After the delivery, I have back pain very often and i feel very low energy to do my day to day activities. I challenge myself to overcome this by increasing my mental strength so that I can look after my little one well

I don\'t know to whom I am replying. anyway I\'ll tell some of my experience related to fissure. this may help some ppl. I had severe pain during and after motion. it started after my CS. bleeding was also there. First of all let me tell you. piles do not feel pain. symptoms are constipation and bleeding. painful defaecation means it will be a fissure. sometimes there will be external pile mass or anal tag. in that case pain will be more along with fissure. I was crying for the whole day. because of pandemic situation we may not be able to see a doc. I tried lot of things. vegetables drinking water applying ointment xylocaine, digital dilatation etc. nothing worked out. more and more cut will come and pain increases, and wound will not heal as we pass stool daily. after that I took cremaffin plus syrup 10 ml at night daily. felt some relief. along with cremaffin gel application. I was also doing sitz bath twice daily. stool will be loose daily. sometimes will go two times daily. again wound is not healing. I switched to Ayurvedic medicines. but the problem was whatever I eat my baby gets loose motion. so that made into a trouble. I stopped everything. finally I took one Ayurvedic medicine instead of three which was a ghee preparation. really helped to some extend. Finally I realized daily motion was the problem for me. because it is not getting time to heal. I switched to cremaffin again. but in alternate days. diet also important. I passed motion in alternate days. finally it healed. took two to three months to cure. in between I went to depression because of these.
piles generally happend with bleeding.... eat papaya in breakfast u will definitely get relief i was faced same problem...daal roti patli patli .... mung daal...drink coconut water and take laxative syrup for normal stool do it for 1 to 2week u will get relief

each delivery is different.
1) I faced lack of sleep as your whole schedule changes after the baby arrives .
2) was afraid to carry the baby most of the time as their body is very sensitive , should be handled with lots of care .
3) Couldn\'t exercise for a month and more . 4)breastfeeding at all times is the biggest challenge for all the new mothers , along with shoulder and back ache .

went through same problem. Do sitz bath twice a day. you will get relief even if it is piles or fissures.
