it's my 9th month and I went for another doctor consultation who will be there at the time of delivery and right from 1st meeting she is scolding and yelling at me saying you are fat you are obese needs to control and I was like I am afraid a lot and she doesn't knw me my condition and how can I control my weight now what is expecting from me at this stage where she needs to give me support .she's giving me negativity bt due to my inlaws and husband I have to bear her .

It is not right not expect too much from a single person - The same person is expected to give a healthy birth, to nurse the baby exclusively on breastmilk, at the same time to look in best shape . I think we should be empathetic towards the mother. T To Give her time. understand her mental condition. her emotional change after the baby & not judge her by the appearance.
Give time to accept her new body.

I think so after pregnancy dark circles, pale face etc part of a new mom. Instead of feeling shamed, I loved the fact that yes I m a mother now and enjoying my journey.

U can't judge someone with their physical appearance. And especially when she is a "MOM". Because the pain and suffering she has been through is beyond any body's imagination unless you have been through the same. So despite judging respect them...

is not looking perfect or slim or beautiful is harmful ?? is it hazardous ?? a new mother, while and after bringing a life into this world goes through a lot.. if anyone judges her on the basis of looks then its totally insensitive.. I don't care how do I look now, bcz I wished my baby and almighty blessed me..

Not all mothers have the luxury to hire a nanny and run off to the gym. Some mothers even struggle having to take a bath with the baby wailing. During such times, fit or fat is not a concern but tking care of the baby is. As such, I believe what is important is that new moms manage to get through this phase without pressure of having to look fit or bounce back to pre-pregnancy days. Looking after a new born and taking care of it is more than all the accolades rather than looking slim or fit.

Appearance doesn’t matter if you are fit. Being a mom is toughest job which I ever had. Health should be important not shape.

it's absolutely absurd to bodyshame anyone whether it might be post pregnancy or normal being because one might not know through what the person is going through. Though being fit is extremely important but it must not become a reason for bodyshaming someone.
