it is common in women to gain weight during pregnancy a lot of which does not shed after delivery.
hormonal changes, eating habits and lifestyle are the major causes of that.
it is definitely not right to body shame a woman because of her shape and size or even expect her to fit in the societal belief of a perfect body.
a woman's body is her own and only she decides how she needs to look from the outside
however, it is equally important for a woman to remain #healthy so she is able to comfortably do her work at office or at home
post delivery a mother has tons of responsibilities towards her baby and if she's not healthy on the inside she will find it difficult
so being healthy is way more important than being slim

if u r interested i will suggest one product. i used it aftet my delivery. i was 70 at the time of delivery now i am 55
