No. No one has the right to put pressure on a women about her physical fitness and that too for just fitting in society's norms. Motherhood is the most precious time in womens life . she has her total focus on her baby's upbringings. so let her enjoy the time.

Everyone says, "oh! You just wait and watch, your body will never be the same".
But more often I hear positive changes that happen after becoming a mother.

Yes there are sleepless nights, anxiety & carrying a child puts on your (post partum) body.

BUT
Having a child also impacts my mood and energy level. I am seeing a whole new world through his innocent eyes, a world full of colors and excitement. He keeps me on my toes all the time. And I find joy in doing his small tasks (which weren't not small a month ago)😛.My bub shifted my priorities like calling hubby a number of times in a day became a call per day😊👫

it's important to be fit for your own inner self and health. you don't have to start getting freaked out with your pregnancy weight just because people at telling you to loose after delivery the baby right away. first it's imp to recover from the post delivery phase and eat healthy, and start exercising when your body is ready for it.

Women go through many phases in their life. Pregnancy is one of the most beautiful phase transforming a woman into a mother. Gaining weight is not under your control when you are pregnant or postpartum due to various reasons. One being hormonal changes. We must embrace our body post delivery and give it much needed rest and time to heal. Also at the same time be watchful of what you eat and stay active. Be positive !
