Body Shaming after Pregnancy

Recently a publication posted an article stating “Neha Dhupia shocking weight gain post pregnancy at Femina Stylista West 2019”.It’s literally shocking that we are living in 21st century & still categorising female as a showpiece if a new mom attends any event she is expected to look fabulous.Dear Moms,what do you feel Being physically fit after pregnancy is important?Or Fitting into the society beauty standard matters?Does putting pressure on beauty of a female is good?Share your opinion.

Some moms got fat after Pregnancy is because they got Hypo-Thyroid during and after pregnancy, others got fat after birth because they get to eat well during their pregnancy period, others got fat because they have somebody/someone to help them with the housework or maybe they give birth to a good baby who never cries at night, aahhhh there are so many reasons why moms got fat after Pregnancy. Am i right moms??? ☺☺

loosing weight after pregency is a very tough and should lose weight healthly by doing good diet

Physical fir after pregnancy is inportant because lack of fitness leads to many diseases and mental stess too

definitely gaining weight and loosing shape makes Dishearted but wait for six months and then try to loose weight in healthy way. its never too late when you are willing to do something

most people aren't happy with their weight irrespective age, gender and stage (pre, during and post pregnancy). however, I have been underweight all my life. some people keep eyeing with jealousy to have that perfect waist or some want those curves and body shame other body types. I have never fallen prey to any of them for I have loved and will love myself for how I look and make others feel happy about how they look too. although since I am hyperactive I have lost all my pregnancy weight, I personally wanted some weight from my pregnancy to stay... so here comes winters, eat as much you can and happy weight gain...
