Motherhood is a beautiful phase of a woman\'s life and breastfeeding is the most cherished moments a mother experiences.
why call it a challenge ?
It\'s a choice a mother makes for herself and the child both.
I\'m a mum of 2 blessed girls of 13 Yr and 7 months ,being a working lady I choose breastfeeding for both my kids as mother\'s milk is most beneficial rather than artificial one.
I strongly suggest the mummas here to kp aside ol r commitments n breastfeed your lil ones if you are lactating and joyfully do it as these moments don\'t come always.

Breast milk is the best food for your new born and there can be no substitute for it. Feed your baby as much as possible inorder to build his/her immunity and to heal post partum depression as well.
Motherhood is the most beautiful phase of a woman as she is re-born as an individual. It is rightfully said that "behind all your stories, is always your mother's story because hers is when yours begins". The journey although a precious one doesn't always seem smooth. To begin with, feeding is the most challenging part of giving birth but is of utmost importance . The breasts become swollen and nipples numb for the first time moms, often one develops glands in the underarms if the process is not carried out well, heaviness, leakage and post birth pain are some of the other things to worry about. Yet, once you start feeding, you develop an amazing bond with your little one...an experience that can't be penned down. My suggestion to all those lovely would-be moms is that you start cleaning your nipples during pregnancy to open up the pores and get in touch with your gynecologist who will further guide you both before and after birth. God bless!
