Breastfeeding is a tiring job.sometimes there is a backache stomachache and also the bf is unable to fulfill baby needs which makes the baby cranky.but after all these probs,when ur baby is in ur arms u feel the most lucky person.that tine cute little pumpkin in ur arms is the loveliest thing happened

i am a mother of 3 year old baby where breast feeding is easy only but only if we eat food on time ad drink milk , eat bread , fruits and lot of vegetables , use ragi powder which will us to generate milk

What were the challenges in your breastfeeding journey and how did you overcome it?
i am a mother with preterm baby so that i has faced emotional challenges, at first iam very afraid to breast feed as my baby vomit the milk and it comes through both mouth and nose. after several days i learned to manage every thing.
