There were multiple challenges as Navyaa is my first child and there were no elder person was standby due to corona n some other family circumstances.... I was always worried for the quality (nutrition) of mm , quantity was again the challenge for initial few months... so did online research n telephonic communication through mom's n friends... Here, I would like to share amazing facts what I got to know after all this period:

✓ Cumin seeds "jeera" are one of the amazing food to increase your BM effectively..
✓ Other seeds like ajwain ,Suva , methi etc.(authentic Indian spices) also helps to mom n baby to get rid of digestive or colic issues...
✓ Feeding position is one of important part , which ignorance can end up with discomfort to mom n baby both ..
✓ Always stay positive n calm during feeding to your baby as your thoughts can effect the quality of milk ... best I used to follow was chanting few mantras can make baby calm n happy as well as mom... The most importantly, baby learns the mantras so quickly that my baby says om since she was 3 months ... was magical and talk of the family for those time
✓ During Feeding, the feeling is really amazing where you feel so connected to baby... it creates amazing bond... at times, may become tiredy but need to remember, this amazing period is never going to come back for you or your baby..

Thank you so much for your time! I'll keep writing but as to be on the topic, will conclude n Thank you again for reading me ☺️

breastfeeding is a natural process from a Mother to her Child.. and it's mother's love that can overcome anything and everything for her child. in my case i have Twins..they r now 2yrs 9 months. but when the breastfeeding phase i was going through it was quite difficult for me.. when i had to decide whom to pick first to breastfeed if both of them are crying.. sometimes i held them in both of my hand and breastfeed them. i had to stay awake all day and night long. both had different time schedule for sound sleep. but Touchwood now I'm out of this phase happily but still missing those moments when i used to look at their cute faces when they were breastfeeding 😍 . priceless moments and very precious too❤️

It was difficult to say the least. Being a first time mother, I was nervous because my son refused to feed. After much persuasion and timely assistance from my sister and my mother-in-law, my son eventually began feeding. I was told to be patient and that everything takes time.

My baby was in NICU for the first 5 days and I couldn't produce much during that time and later baby was used to bottle and wasn't willing have breast milk. people around me started telling me that I wasn't producing enough and I should go ahead with formula. But as long as we try to feed them everytime and have them near to the breast, stay hydrated we can have them used to breastfeeding and slowly can also build it to meet the baby's needs. Most important thing is to do it gradually and not get stressed. It took around a month for my baby to be completely off the formula and only breasfeed but now here we are 14 months and still breastfeeding.

actually after the delivery my baby had jaundice so she kept in box for one day, during this time they offered formula milk to my baby after that milk supply is decreased.I was depressed but by eating food and staying hydrated helped me to get enough milk .Now me and my baby are enjoying breastfeeding journey.
