What were the challenges in your breastfeeding journey and how did you overcome it?
I didn\'t face any problem for brest feeding, and it was over flow when I was feeding my baby and I was preserved for excess of milk

initially during first feeding child there was no milk so i purchase breast pump and eat papaya n more lactic food help to generate immunity and later it was easy to feed.

the challenge t i felt was to provide sufficient milk to my baby and so along with breastfeeding i started extracting milk with help of philips avent breast pump.

I had no issues genuinely with breastfeeding much but in the initiate days it was hard to lancham into the right position and holding baby for long hours hurt my wrists soo much..but later it was so happy when baby had her way even in the nights...wearing was tough I heard for baby but in its trueform its more hurtful to mamas more than a baby...my baby was habituated to her solids more and been in a good place while weaning
