Breastfeeding in something that is the gift given by the god not every women will get it I\'m very happy that I can breastfeed by baby and he is getting all the nutrition yes I did face the problem in one month later on my baby was to have a milk properly

What were the challenges in your breastfeeding journey and how did you overcome it?
As joyous as post pregnancy period was, it also comes with its trials. I had the problem of cracked nipples and constant soreness. I relied on breast pump to help me out. It made the experience better and less stressful. In retrospect, I also realise I should have taken more time out for myself, not just my baby.
It’s important to focus on mother’s health and diet as much as the baby’s.
