Carrying a new life inside you is a true blessing sent by god.
The feeling of being a mother cannot be expressed in words.
My journey was like a roller coaster since my pregnancy started. I had a lot of complications till my delivery day.
My cute little munchkin was born at 35 weeks and weighted 1.700 grms which was not at all a healthy baby sign and being a premiee he was very tiny and delicate, I was in tears when i saw him for the first time in the O.T and it was devastating for me to see him so weak and tiny, There were thousands of mixed emotions at the same time, thinking to myself, how will my baby recover his weight, will he be so tiny always, how will i take-care of him and a-lot more. However, i smiled and said to myself welcome to motherhood. Things were not easy at all for me and were challenging at the same time. As per the neonatal\'s words, baby should be only fed milk by spoon no breastfeeding to be done at all, because baby was very weak and tiny.
The neonatal said if he latches, That will exert him a-lot & will cause his weight to fall rapidly.
As everyone knows how important is mother\'s milk for a child to boost immunity and gain weight , the only option left with me was pumping, I finally started pumping milk and feeding my baby.
However, After 2 months my milk supply from less quantity slowly and gradually shifted to no milk supply, because my baby never latched on me .Which was very stressful and challenging but not impossible at all.
Being a mother even if you feel low or are stressed out you can\'t give up because for those tiny little eyes you are everything to him.
You only have to sit back relax and be calm because a mother knows how to work out things no matter what the situation is & what\'s best for her baby.
This guilt of seeing your child struggling for milk and can\'t feed him except the only option left which is formula.
My baby is 6 months now. Since, then he\'s completely on formula milk and now solids as well.
Motherhood, can never be expressed in words.
There\'s a-lot more to experience everyday with new learnings each day with trial and errors in this beautiful journey called \"motherhood\".
with thousands of mixed emotions and feelings at the same time.
I wish a happy & blessed \"Motherhood\" journey to all the cute mamma\'s out there. 😊Cheers🥂

What were the challenges in your breastfeeding journey and how did you overcome it?
Sore nipples.
Many moms say that their nipples feel tender when they first start breastfeeding.
Low milk supply.
Moms sometimes worry about whether they are making enough milk for baby.
Cluster feeding and growth spurts.
In cluster feedings, your baby feeds very frequently. Growth spurts sometimes cause an increase in feeding.
Engorgement.
Engorgement is when your breasts feel very full and may be painful.
Plugged duct.
A plugged duct feels like a tender and sore lump in the breast. It is caused by a milk duct that does not drain properly.
Fungal infection.
Infections can occur on your nipples or in your breast.
Nursing strike.
This is when your baby suddenly refuses to breastfeed, after breastfeeding well for months.
Breast and nipple size and shape.
Women with all shapes and sizes of breasts and nipples can breastfeed, though some adjustments may help.
Exhaustion.
Caring for a newborn can be tiring, and breastfeeding may feel harder when you are exhausted.
