Hi
I am a mother of 23 months old baby…
I use to feed my baby four to five times a day in which sometimes I used Philips Avent breast pump to store the milk for next feed…. Which gives me relief also.

And to make it a happy journey for me and my baby I added formula milk also in her diet…. Especially before sleeping at night so that she can sleep for long at night.

So after consulting to my doctor he said mother milk is important for baby and if i am feeding her 3 to 4 times also it is good for her and there is no harm in adding formula milk to her diet along with mother feed… I found this very helpful and baby use to be a happy child and still she is a happy child..

The best advice for new mothers who have started breastfeeding is to believe in themselves first and have a balanced diet which will in turn provide ample milk supply to the new born and ignore the hurtful words of relatives and even your near and Dear ones .At the end of the day it is you and your baby who will be fully satisfied and benefited from this.

it's was most difficult challenge as my son was 6 month born premature so to teach him breastfeed had to empty my breast n then teach him to suck but once he learnt it was the best part of my life most memorable although my son doesn't remember अटल,

The toughest part for me was not being able to provide enough milk for my child in the beginning. Seeing her cry made my heart ache. But surely, with the right medicines and food, I was able to feed my child with no issues. Yes, sore breasts were a huge problem but seeing your child satisfied was my biggest achievement.
