As a new mom it was difficult to hold the baby in proper position for feeding as my baby was underweight. in order to overcome this I pumped and gave spoon feed.

I am new mom so didn't know about how to breastfeed my baby so it all took a week to get hand hold on it .inbetween my family and husband supported so much which motivates me to continue.

challenges are like how to hold a baby against breast is that it can suck on properly without choking - solution to it is breastfeeding pillow helped me

next was supply of breast milk , was not sure whether the baby was getting enough milk so just to ensure it I used to take proper diet which includes lots of liquid like water, milk , zeera, ajwain and dry fruits halwa.

positions of feeding :mainly to give comfort for baby and avoid choking

Breast pain due to accumulation of milk: Solution to it was pulling help me to take out Ll accumulated milk

As a new mom it find hard to feed the baby bcoz u don't know the right position to hold baby and whether baby is getting sufficient milk or not.... For me the hospital staff help me alot, they teach how to hold baby & daily activities of baby. When you breast feed you feel like you have achieved something & it is the best gift for your baby.

For the frst tym mothers it is the pain in breast which is faced.. but with some remedies you can overcome with the pain.. Not a challenge just a problem a mother faces..
