This was very challenging to me 😔as my son was a premiee and in nicu for 22 dyz it was hard for me to feed initial dyz i had pump n feed thru palada later on started feeding drctly but baby was unable to suck properly slowly my lactation decreased i started taking lactare tabs and other lactation powder drnks but nothin helped sm how managed to feed him a few months only 😞
