As of now our journey has been very smooth. Sometimes we face challenges to feed twins at the same time but we manage it very well. The key is give feeding after every 2 hrs and before going to sleep in night.

What were the challenges in your breastfeeding journey and how did you overcome it?
The first challenge I faced initially was my self doubt whether I\'ll be able to provide milk to my baby or not because it does take some time to get the hang of breastfeeding for both mom and child. Here I would like to mention a particular nurse whom I took a dislike for because she literally scolded me for giving my child formula milk saying \" feed breast milk to the baby, I\'ll throw away the formula milk bottle if you give her that\". At that point I was very helpless and traumatized because of my c section pain plus the fear of not being able to ease my childs hunger. In a way the fear of nurse\'s threat made me get a hang of breastfeeding. But I wish she had been a little gentle her advice/threat.
Next was obviously milk regulation issue mostly faced in the initial months. I tried various natural milk supply increasing foods like fennel seeds, makhana, moringa powder etc which helped me.
Sleep deprivation and stiff back due to initial long periods of feeding were another challenge.
Going out with baby had it\'s own pros and cons... I didn\'t have to worry about taking bottles and formula as breast milk would be available on the go, but since we\'ve grown up in a conservative society there\'s always an ingrown awkwardness to feed our child freely in public.

hi mommies
as it was my first baby & premature too.. I fond him delicate to hold in my arm.. no mother or mother in law was nxt to me to guide me bcoz of corona period after one month of my deliver I had to start doing household chores of big joint family so i found sometyms difficult to spend more tym with him
after 4 months he used to change breast side every two minutes so understanding that was harder... but latter on everything went smooth... his nipple bite. sleepless night etc. worst phase was when he was 15 months old started tamtrums for feeding .. not to leave even after two hrs.... finally ii & my husband... made efforts & he gave up breast feeding once he was 19 months and started eating healthy... breastfeeding will be most memorable phase of our life

But I did not give up and I tried to feed again and again finally my baby easy to latch nipples...If the breast becomes hard and there is pain, then soak it with warm water.
