The entire journey was good except breastfeeding journey, I suffered a lot due to low milk supply. I am feeling stressed, worried my milk is enough or not to my little boy. I am tried and eat a lot foods to increase milk supply. but I am not satisfied.

hey mommies,
I have two kids and my first breastfeeding experience wasn\'t that smooth as expected. I had sedation from c section and three days induction procedures prior to that. My entire body was too weak and my baby was drowsy for first two days that she hardly sucked my nipples. I had stress over her immediate weight loss and doctor\'s alerted me if it goes further down then I will have to admit her. It took about 3months to settle down and except the fact that she is satisfied with whatever I could give and weight is just a number.
If your milk gets reduced it\'s mainly due to stress and dehydration, though I ate whatever came infront of me, still her body didn\'t show those except that she grew in length.
people\'s comment never stop so.. just take what\'s useful from them and leave the rest
