when I feed to my baby left breast and the other side right breast milk overflows. I have hold the nipple with my thumb and hold baby left hand .its really a challenge to me to look after my baby and milk overflows while feeding.

it's a amazing. we have to take very careful things while feeding a baby, for small baby feeding and all are new things to them. while feeding please sit as you comfortable and baby feel comfortable. while feeding baby head should be up than baby can drink milk easily also hold breast one side because sometimes milk come so fastly than baby can't drink milk. feed baby every 2 hour. because breast milk good for baby

It is a known fact that mother's milk is the natural food formula for the infants. Breastfeeding to the infants gives immense joy to their mothers. But due to nervous or anxiety some mothers may not get milk in the very early days. But don't stop attempting breastfeeding. Slowly the breastfeeding improves. This happened in my case too. Initially I got worried about the situation. But some breast excercise helped me to overcome this issue. So stop worrying about this and continue enjoying the breastfeeding. Thank you

hello,
Being a first time mother,starting latching is a big problem The baby can't latch properly . so in the beginning I used a breast pump for feeding .
