What were the challenges in your breastfeeding journey and how did you overcome it?
Breast feeding is a feeling and attachment of mother to a child .The problemsthat faced by mothers are that sometimes more milk is coming ,sometimes the baby didn’t drink so much so there will be a pain in the breast but to overcome the problem mother should press and put milk in some bowl.but in all breast feeding is important for the child.

What were the challenges in your breastfeeding journey and how did you overcome it?
my main challenges are at that time is my baby is not latching my milk then it took time for it and at the time she is not latching my breast became too much of sore and tight my my mom use to put warm cloth on it at least 4-5 times a day and nipples get cracked the she generally use to put malai or ghee on it.

I am a mother of 3 Kids, First my son was born and second My little Queens were born, yes 2nd was twin babies. I didn\'t have much problem B. feeding my son but had lot of issues to feed my daughter\'s I was prescribed powder as B. milk was not sufficient. I was prescribed all types of remidies to increase B. milk but nothing worked. so my thinking is that I was careless to not to have healthy food during my second pregnancy, which lead to this situation. so I recommend all young mom\'s not to neglect having fruits and vegetables while you are pregnant, especially eat lot of fruits and green vegetables which eliminates any such issues to occur after delivery.
