it is not a challenge, it's right of a baby and God has given the same natural powers to mother and baby to feed and to get feed from mother without learning that how to get feed, it is just tremendous creativity of God, who has made such a bond.

Actually I'm a staff nurse working in NICU ward since 2014.......so in bitch Maine bohot sare mother ko teach kiya about breast feeding technique n important....ex ..foremilk and Hindmilk. ... so mere pass practical or theory dono e thoda bohot knowledge tha is liye Mera journey vohot hi favorable tha n mein exclusive brest feeding karva rahi hu........ ..

it's quite a soothing feeling to see your little one is getting enough feed from you. For me, starting one week post delivery was very stressful for the reason that my body wasn't able to produce sufficient milk for the baby. I overcame it with the help of Shatavari powder, an ayurvedic formula that certainly worked wonders for me. In addition to that, I drank at least 2 glasses of milk everyday and still continue to do so as I am still breastfeeding. other than that some food were very useful too like moringa, parwal(pointed gourd), lauki/dudhi(bottle gourd) , papaya.

Firstly it's hard for some and easy for some to breastfeed for the first time but only thing you've to successfully breast feed your lil one for every 2-3hrs for few months and it's essential to do. I had nipple soreness, engorged breast I used to get severe sharp pain and shoulder blade pain due to bad posture which i realised later. How hard you feel since beginning you'll be the most enjoying mom nurturing your kid more than anything in this world that's the most happiest thing. Breast milk is very precious please never neglect even it's hard, take counseling sessions for latching and feeding. But no pain lasts more than your strong determination and love to your kid. I felt so. thank you
