What were the challenges in your breastfeeding journey and how did you overcome it?
I didn\'t have breastmilk for the first 4 days, the pressure I had to go through was immense, I literally lost it. I was so worried that my child will go hungry and I was worried that my child will get used to formula milk and will not like my milk. On top of that the pressure from the family was so much ...but after 4 days milk production started and I was able to fullfill my child\'s need I had enough milk for her and and I fed her till 2 years..

my MIL was always telling that I don\'t have adequate supply and asked me to give formula and even water when my baby cries when he was 2 month old whenever he cries....I objected that....am a working mother.now my baby is 10 months.Am giving him expressed breast milk and solid food from family pot.only used FM rarely.
