Pregnancy and giving birth to a new life is just miracle which is wonderful gift given by god to women. Journey of pregnancy is all about love care nd u I’ll be pampered just like a new born baby. After giving birth u need to take care of the new life just like a flower which can’t be handled roughly. When it comes to Brest milk i was not able to supply enough milk to my baby initially were I need to depend on formula milk for few days but later on my milk I stopped giving formula milk to my baby as my milk was sufficient to her. Only thing I can say is just be positive and be patience if u r not able to supply enough Brest milk find the alternative it’s not ur fault if u r Nt able to supply milk to baby. By becoming sad nd negative Dnt hurt ur baby just be with ur baby enjoy every moment with her/him. That’s what I can say. 😊

What were the challenges in your breastfeeding journey and how did you overcome it?
At the initial stages of my breastfeed time I had very low secretion and clogged pores.. Doctor advised to add small onions garlic to the food to increase the supply. Also you have massage the breast with hot water to loosen the lumps if any. Because lumps formed during breastfeeding stages if not taken care could lead to breast cancer. My supply gradually increased. I pumped during the first 3 weeks because my baby was not able to latch properly. Occupational therapy was given to my baby and tried DBF may times with Occupational therapy then he was able to latch properly... Many times baby will not be able to latch because of inverted ot flat nipple.. Such times breast pump and nipple puller might help once the babies latched they will suck their own. Then I again faced low supply because of personal problems. Mental health is very important in breastfeed.. If you are feeling low or in stress there might be decrease in supply. We should try to keep ourselves happy. However low your supply might be we should try breast feeding since this will have bond between mother and baby.... Even if it doesn\'t suffice your babies hunger that doesn\'t matter... Happiee Feeding.... 🤱
