well it's a myth that evry mother should know breast feeding and it should come naturally however this is not the case wish we had widespread knowledge of post partum help . i was confused with regard to if I'm underfeeding my kid was my supply good etc etc spoke to a lactation consultant n she eased my worries firstly told i need to be positive and then guided me till i was confident n stopped underestimating my body

Not many as family was very supportive when I had to go out & as soon as baby cried they called me to come back as early as possible.

During breastfeeding journey ,phase - when My child was one year old ,he was taking only breastfeeding and it made hard for me to introduce external milk . But as I want to wean my child gradually ,I tried different tricks but became successful when I was buying special cup for my child .I bought Babyhug cup with straw for this and my child took milk from that without any tantrums.

After c section it was difficult for me to feed for 1st few days but whatever it is, i wanted feed my baby so took mom's help for 2days to sit and i would manage it slowly later so took it as a challenge myself and it was very happy moments of my life.
