I as a working mother couldn’t feed my baby after 3 months ,the only time I could get to feed my baby was night hours and also started weaning soon ,my clothes would get wet due to leakage of milk very often & this brought tears in my eyes …bcoz I couldn’t feed my baby due to heavy work schedule & knew that the nutrition baby gets through Brest milk is incomparable. I needed to start with formula milk soon through docter recommendation.I wish every baby should be well Brest fed as it’s very essential

I know this isn\'t a comment that a lot of you will be expecting but i want to share this as there are many women who CANNOT produce enough breast milk to feed the baby,so they switch to formula milk and for that they are looked down upon by the family members, society etc. Insufficient milk supply should not be considered as a DISABILITY. Any woman who is not exclusively breast feeding her baby is not less of a mother from the one who does. Feeding your child well is important. Don\'t let anybody to shame you for giving your child FM. Also,i think it\'s really necessary for a new mother to have a lactation consultant postpartum as they can help you & the newborn with breastfeeding(for those who can produce ample amount of breastmilk) better than anyone else. Lastly we all need to understand that be it BM or FM,motherhood is all about taking good care of your baby :)
