when my baby sucking milk she can't get enough milk, I did more things to get produce milk myself, I had eaten soaked fenugeek, sonf water, garlic, milk,badam, sesame seeds, wheat Java, raagi Java, etc I tried more to produce milk. finally I had succeeded to get feed enough milk to my baby, then she sleeps very well, at that movement I felt very happy. This way I overcome myself to feed my baby.

it was rolocoster ride, sometimes it made me happy and sometimes it was depressing... sitting whole night to breast feed the baby when I actually needed a proper rest was something which made me sad .. But seeing my little one happily sleeping in my arms while feeding was the most joyful moment..
