1) Painful Let-Down-
overcome- try feeding baby longer on one particular breast and switching to the other.
2)Baby Sleeping at the Breast
Overcome-i try rubbing baby’s head, blowing gently in their face and gently shifting their position to wake her up.
3)now Low Milk Supply
Overcome- eat much food and milk.Eat well and hydrated.
4) Healthy breastfeeding positions. Relax and be patient

I'm a new mom and my baby is not latching properly so her stomach is always empty. Don't know what to do. If anyone have suggestions then please guide me. Milk supply is also less.

Hi, my journey was bit painful as i have injection phobia, every time i cried like any thing when ever I got injected/drip or cannula change post C-section delivery since I was in hospital for 3-4 days. But most painful was I didn’t see my baby after giving birth for one day. But when i saw him first time i cried, then i fed him, and forgot every single pain, every single tears.

I am feeling so lucky whenever I feed my baby but i was so worried when suddenly my breastmilk taste salty but then firstcry pediatrician helps me alot to overcome from this..
