Breast milk less supply was my biggest challenge that I faced after C-section delivery. Who doesn’t want to breastfeed the child despite knowing it’s the best for the child until unless there are some unavoidable circumstances.

I am a mother of a 6 years old boy and a 3 months old girl. When my son was born he only ate milk from left side breast which caused me pain in another breast. This time the girl also wants to drink milk only from that side because she gets more flow on that side which caused me pain this time too.
Gradually i noticed that when she was more hungry she fed from both sides without any objection and so, I started feeding her that way. Now my problem is solved, she feeds from both side daily without any objection. I am happy now ☺️☺️

As a monther, their is no challenges to face or overcome during breastfeeding, it's over duty to breastfeed 10- 12 times a day, we have to eat a healthy foods like fish, garlic, milk, proteins and greeny leaves, make your mind stress free, baby is a boon, even I was confused whether my breast milk supply is not too enough for my baby, but scientifically when baby sucks day by day their will be more enough secretion and supply, if your baby is not full stomach, they won't sleep well... take sufficient and enough time to spend with our little ones...finally at the end of 6 months after weaning also your mind will go to feed your baby, it's a great promise... Feeding is tough but mother's milk is worthy...

The very first day my baby Astarte biting my nipple and she was very eager to drink milk . However firstly it didn’t satisfy her but after having medicine to milk supply she felt more happy and I feel happy to be a mom. Lack of milk supply mom kindly check it during the pregnancy stage itself and take the medicine so after the delivery u won’t face much pain and no need to give formula milk for your baby.

most important thing first give you more love to our babys, give breastfeeding continue, mom's will give healthy foods, proteins.when baby gives more feeding automatically milk quantity increases, mom's happy nature are mostly reason for increasing milk.

It is really a magical moment ,when I first saw him,the challenges in pregnancy although he has not given me much just felt like worth it.What ever was the situation or any pressure like not able to breastfeed him for nearly a week, having a troubled back problem ,unable to sit and nurse , fear of holding him,his jaundice etc just felt like small things because of his smile andhis presence made me to be and think positive in every situation and stay strong.
