Breastfeeding journey is the best time to be with your child all the time & knowing him/her better & understanding their needs. When a mother feels depression which is much prevalent now & what we call as postpartum depression, she should take medical advice without delay & ask someone be it partner or mother or sister or a friend to help her with nursing. I think a new mother will get all the advices for all the things but facing this situation is like living a new life again. So be prepared I would say for the worst too becoz you never know you may get youself in this situation. Hope that might helps to someone in need.

latching and supply were my biggest challenges. dehydration in my baby was another. those days where my son was in the NICU were the worst. I\'m glad I took up practical solutions. my journey had ups and downs and I\'m glad it\'s over.

Being a mom is not a small thing.I have really excited to see my baby first time and I don\'t know how it is going to be .first time I fed after given birth is purely a magic moment.lot of struggles I faced during feeding.pain, tired, sleepless nights, needs time formyself but apart all these I really enjoyed feeding by seeing my cute little baby sucking sweetly .take healthy food that secretes milk, maintain good position while feeding to avoid back pain, stay hydrated,be relaxed😉
