As the baby was premature and was in NICU from the time of birth there was difficultyto directlt feed and since my baby was too small he could not latch. During that time Breastmilk pump was a saviour. It took almost 3 months for my baby to gain strength.

I feel like I'm blessed to feed my baby.
ofcourse there are some challenges like low breast milk supply and by making some changes in my food I have overcome by it.
as a new mother I feel like I have many doubts like wheather my baby is getting sufficient milk or not.
I need to avoid some foods in regard of my baby's digestion and many more.
Finally by taking doctors advice and by maintaining proper diet I'm feeling happy to feed my baby sufficiently.

my breastfeeding journey is quite satisfactory but a bit challenging too. Due to over production of breastmilk, my breast has become hard and lumps begins to form. As a result I had to use breast pump for ease. Instead of discarding the milk, I used the pumped breastmilk for bath of my baby as it soothes the baby skin and help to cure skin issues like rashes, redness, or acne on my baby.

The best way to cure sore nipples is to apply breast milk to it.. nothing works better than breastmilk

it's been wonderful journey
3challenges i faced while breastfeeding.
1. Give baby complete latch so your nipple won't get sore . you can use nipple cream.
2. while breastfeeding in order to avoid back pain .
use pillow for feeding
3. while feeding you will always find leakage of milk .use nursing pads for this.
also nursing bras and Kurtis are best for feeding child .

really it was a challenge for me...my baby always use to sleep,my breast became hard I used breast pump which I ordered from first cry...hmm now all set my baby is now 9months old I'm still giving her breast milk 🙂
