intial 2 months was very difficulty as difficult to handle baby but after watching bedio in youtube and taken help from friends slowly i am able to manage

What were the challenges in your breastfeeding journey and how did you overcome it?
I am a mother of three children whom I have only breastfeed and not used bottle feeding at all . My problem till date as my youngest is 3yr.8months old is weaning. She still wants to be breastfeed and is not ready to leave which is in contrast to my elder kids . I have recently started to feed her for very less duration as when she wants it usually at nap time is the idea for her to sleep in sound sleep without it. Though slow but I can still see results in the method which is relaxing for me

What were the challenges in your breastfeeding journey and how did you overcome it?
Proper latching is very important. As I have good height, so initially it was becoming very difficult to do that. Then I bought one feeding pad which helped me placing my baby in it and then over my lap one pillow and under my leg one pillow. This helps the milk flow direct in the tummy of the baby shush ultimately reduced indigestion
