Mother\'s Milk is the best option for babies..But for me, it was a challenge to feed my baby as my milk supply was very low ,and she denied to suck and continuously cried due to hunger..in that case Doctor was also helpless and prescribed formula milk to feed her.. but the problem is that babies should not take water until they are 6 months.. and formula milk has a tendency to cause constipation..
so what I did, I took plenty of water and besides giving her formula milk, I kept trying to feed her.. as much as she could suck, milk flow would increase - I put it in my mind...when she slept, I pumped my milk by the help of manual breast pump.. when I tried to feed her, I listened to some soft music because a stressful mind also decreases the milk flow... anyways after 1 month, I noticed she was fully fed only by my milk.. and was very much reluctant to feed formula milk..that particular day I realised that mother\'s can do everything and anything is possible...

My biggest hurdle during breastfeeding days are wheather I feed my daughter enough. My in-laws created a very big doubt. To overcome this blame game and my fears I ordered breast bumping machine to measure

What were the challenges in your breastfeeding journey and how did you overcome it?
In starting main challenges were, sensitive nipples and excessive breast milk leaking. For sensitive nipple, I applied nip cream and for leak used beast pads.

In my first pregnancy I faced alot of problems related to breastfeeding like latching, engorgement, breastmilk leaking etc. after 3 days of my delivery my baby had jaundice and he admitted in NICU then I sent my breastmilk to NISU that days were my wrost days after delivery because my baby was not with me but because of #luvlap breastpump I regularly sent my milk and my baby came home after 3 days and then I continued breastfeed my baby till his 20th month. after that I was pregnant and now iam 7 days baby girl mother. This time I had lot of experience so not facing any problem.
