I think for mothers in cities the challenge is to get the flow and start breastfeed, which is not going to happen the next moment of delivery, especially in cesarean delivery. Because by personal experience I say this that doctors don’t wait for the mother to start the milk flow they just start giving the baby nan-pro or other substitutes. I consulted a breast feeding consultant and started the journey with plastic nipples and eventually I was successful. It is a process which needs patience. May you all be successful in your journey too👍🏽🤗

What were the challenges in your breastfeeding journey and how did you overcome it?
Breastfeeding, especially at the early days after birth is too difficult. There are so many problems like staying awake at nights and breastfeeding the baby, making baby calm during nights, and also the pain of delivery. I also have a severe backpain while breastfeeding. I felt so exhausted.

What were the challenges in your breastfeeding journey and how did you overcome it?
Problems I faced initially while breastfeeding....
1. Small nipples
2. Low milk supply
3. Pain due to feeding.
It took her about 15-20 days to latch perfectly and the milk supply also improved.
Breastfeeding was really a challenge for me but with time everything gets better. Now I exclusively breastfeed my baby and it is really one of the best feeling that I have.
Advice ( My experience)- One should latch the baby regardless of the milk supply in the beginning, it surely improves by latching.
