it was awesome journey. added few items to increase milk quality like bajara, udad daal, javas, garlic, methi seeds

My baby was unable to latch. So sadly i used to brest pump my milk and feed him through the bottle. Initially it was really a very painful process but slowly I realized atleast my baby is having my milk.. thanks to the super easy electric pumps available. Every moms journey is not the same. But what really matters at the end of the day the baby is healthy

first two months I was having so much of pain because I was not aware of the right technique to breast feed.. bleeding was coming out of my nipple.. but i didn't gave up.. I continue my breast feed through breast pump until my breast get heel.. after my breast was heeled completely.. I understand the right technique to breast feed my baby.. and i continue. after that i was successful.. and i was very happy because.. I develop a beautiful bond with my baby mihira through breastfeed..
