What were the challenges in your breastfeeding journey and how did you overcome it?
Suffered on the initial days since I did not have enough breast milk and my baby\'s weight reduced. Then I started having Lactonic Granules powder twice a day which helped increase breast milk and my baby had only breast milk for 6 months. Used to have this powder till she turned 1 year😊

it\'s a beautiful experience one can ever have.challenge had faced was feeding in the flight.
as seats were too small for comfortably feeding .also, many public places doesn\'t have proper dedicated places for breastfeeding

It was the world\'s biggest blessing. The best way to bond with your child. But like always said every coin has two sides, I too had my share of challenges:
1. Underweight baby: to make sure that my child was well fed, would breastfeed him for short and regular time interval.
2. Baby would latch and Sleep: would make sure I feed him first and change his diaper (this would wake my child up), feed him again.
3. Had lumps: would pump out the extra milk every now and then, then either feed him with the same or would donate to the Milk bank.
4. Inverted nipples: had this problem, so had to use nipple cap initially but stopped using the same after 4-5 months.
5. Colic during breastfeeding: was adviced to use Colicaid if required. plz note: one must consult the pediatrician before inducing child with any medication.
