for new mother, I think biggest problem is lack of knowledge. we know breastfeeding is good for baby and all the benefits of it for mother and baby. But no one talks about this process. when I delivered my first baby...then nurses offered him directly formula milk and no one asked me to first offer him breast milk. later I kept feeding him though my mom and MIL was saying there is low milk supply and eventually succeed to stop formula milk and exclusively breastfeeding him.
this journey with joy and tiredness is something we mother will miss after. I was breastfeeding my son till he turned 3 years old and I find a good bond gets created between mother and baby through this.

As my baby\'s gums are sharp,I was feeling pain in my nipples. I generally overcome this difficulty by applying coconut oil and honey on the cut. Before feeding, I would clean it and feed my baby again.

i am a new mom ..it\'s my first baby.. breastfeeding was challenging for me and my baby..as my nipples were flat ..it was very painful as they were using sirine to take out for the baby to suck...it didn\'t work for me ..then i started using breast pump.. which helped my nipples to pout out ..it is much easier now
