being a Doctor I know how important it is to breastfeed a baby. it not only passes on nutrients and immunity to our baby but also helps in developing special bond. however it can be challenging esp with flow and cracked nipples. I wouldn't say i have overcome problems as I m still breastfeeding but one tip I would like to share is eat healthy and think healthy

I had my gallbladder removed just after 8 days when my baby was born .. post cholecystectomy my milk glands were not able to produce enough breastmilk so I could feed my baby with the required amount of milk. I tried many of the tablets and powders but none worked so I had to breastfeed and provide her with alternate milk (Used Amul Cow milk). I breastfeed her for 6 months. Every mother should try to breastfeed her baby it's the most amazing experience and it's too important for the baby.. coz your baby gets to experience your warmness and u do feel connected to each other. I felt it... Kudos to all the mom's out there ☺️😘

I have two daughters. The younger one is 5 months old. I always get worried by my baby satisfaction while breastfeeding. I dont understand if milk prodution is good enough so that my baby wont get hungry. How much or say how minutes per feed she should do breasfeeding? What should i eat for good milk glands to work properly?

the big challenge wen you milk is insufficient and later abundance supply. one more thing is to remember to feed in both sides. it teaches you calculations and balancing. tough but amazing experience.
